Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our hospital in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the hospital. This is a full-time position and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Malayalam fluency is must
  • Strong knowledge of operational excellence and strategy in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing hospital operations
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to analyze market research
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and expanding healthcare services
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of health care operations and regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the hospital, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to maximize efficiency and quality of healthcare services
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the hospital's vision, mission, and strategic goals
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment procurement
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure and improve the hospital's performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and patients
  • Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in healthcare operations
