- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or a related field, especially in healthcare (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and various CRM platforms for managing relationships and tracking business opportunities.
- Proven ability in lead generation and converting leads into successful business projects effectively and efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial terms and build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
- Experience in market research to identify new opportunities and assess potential markets for business growth.
- Competence in account management with the capability to handle client portfolios and maintain good customer relations.
- Ability to forge strategic partnerships that align with organizational objectives and drive growth.
- Outstanding communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational growth targets.

- Maintain and expand client relationships by understanding their needs and providing competitive offers.
