Roles and Responsibility:

· Responsible for placing bids, submitting proposals and closing deals on Upwork, freelancer, Guru and LinkedIn.

· Responsible for lead generation and taking the prospect to the next stage (client meeting to discuss their needs).

· Developing effective sales plans and strategies using sales methodology.

· Meeting Sales targets.

· Preparing and delivering clients presentations, documents and SRS as per the requirements articulately and confidently.

· Would be Responsible for timeline and cost estimation for the project.

· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

· Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.


· Should be excellent at maintaining professional relationships

· Fluent and proactive communicator, both verbal and written

· Possess a positive attitude towards work, responsibilities and others

· Use time effectively and brings a strong work ethic.

· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
