Business Analyst: 

Description: We are looking for  a talented Business Analyst professional to join our team.We need someone who can Understand the business needs, collect and analyse requirements.- Create functional requirements documentation, including technical and user requirement specifications and standard operating procedures for Design and Development Teams. 

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in BE/MCA/MBA/IT/computer
• At Least 4  years' of experience in related industry

Skills Required:

• Great Oral and written communication skills
• Should able to manage and lead a team 
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Organisational skills
• Knowledge of business structure and business flow
• Understanding of technology and frameworks
• Able to write proposals/SRS/SOW for any projects
• Experienced with International client communication

Your responsibilities and challenges:

• Analyse using statistical techniques and logical reasoning and to interpret results.
• Work with international clients closely.
• Conceptualise KPIs to measure, track and benchmark performance in various aspects of business.
• Work with management to prioritise business and information needs
• Actively participate in discussion meetings for problem solutioning
• Handle a team of BA
• Assign tasks to the juniors based on experience
• Work closely with both sales and development team
• Make documentation for prospects
• Handle all technical client calls 
• Understand the requirements and make SRS/SOW
