Job Summary:


The Account Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for defined countries or service lines within IT recruitment and Staffing practice. The Account Manager builds and manages key client relationships; and is responsible for top-line and bottom-line performance of the portfolio.

 

·        5+ years of experience in Account Management within US Recruiting / Staffing Domain

·        The role will also include the management of client requirements and submissions.

·        Deep understanding of organisational procurement structure such as Contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager and Hiring managers.

·        Ability to identify hiring managers and map respective end clients through innovative methods.

·        Must be willing to cold call hiring managers and break into accounts within the System Integrator.

·        Hands on knowledge of recruitment

·        Prior experience in working with MSP partners.

·        Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM / ATS Systems.


Requirements:


-      Excellent communication skills.

-      Prior experience in the IT Consulting / Staffing and Recruitment Industry is preferred

-      Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

-      Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.

-      Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
