1. In this position, you will be working as Recruiter on analysing the requirement an understand the company expectations, frame keywords; source / screen the candidate resumes through various recruitment methods; coordinate with management team for interviews, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates

2. This could include actively working as Generalist to generate joining document, background verification, conducting induction and take care of the general grievance and take it to the management for solution, take care of retention and exit formalities

3. Track the attendance and assist in Payroll process

4. As Employee Engagement Executive you take care of the performance management, coordinate in rewards and recognition the talents regularly, conducting Employee Welfare activities

5. Expertise/ Knowledge in human resource management

6. Strong English communication skill to speak, to understand and to write is essential for this role to build rapport with candidates and with the management

7. Master degree with human resource education will be preferred for this role

8. Perfect to have an extraordinary skill in pay attention/understanding and grasping

9. Working knowledge in social media and other job portals is highly chosen

10. Active team performer is preferred

11. Own the skill & desire to persistently learn new technology

12. Be duty-bound to work in day shift timing
