Oracle DBA Production Support- Migration + Upgradation
• Responsible for handling incident and problem tickets as per the scope
• Handle user work requests (tickets) and hot-line calls
• Monitor database upgrade & migration tasks.
• Participation in day-to-day environment related issues
• Perform DBA activities as per work plan
• Handle post migration database tickets.
• Provide on call support
• Record new issues and problems in the shift log
• Document the steps and changes
