Roles & Responsibilities
- Ownership: Growing market through Digital Marketing channels (FB, Insta, Google, Bing)
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
-Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
-Develop and manage website content, SEO
-Find and target audiences
- Collaborate & lead with the business & the creative team in devising communication strategy(creative & messaging) & bringing this to life.
- Leads larger business decisions by working with the digital team in creating, analyzing & optimizing growth data sets to deliver insights.
- Monitor & optimize ROI-driven campaigns regularly to meet demand, revenue, and budget goals
- Should have the ability to analyze the impact of the campaigns and make necessary amends wherever required
- Should have excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Job Requirements
- Should have 4+ years of Hands-on Experience on Facebook or Google Marketing, Bing Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Strong Excel & data analytics skillset. Strong with number crunching. Analytical bent of mind; can break down data and assess it efficiently
- Willing to learn in a fast-paced startup in an ecosystem with a Result-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines & handle uncertainty.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
