Role: Regional Manager (Interior Design)

Work Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

-         Must have an experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe.

-         Should be responsible in handling the Profit and loss of the team.

-         Responsible for generating revenues as per defined targets

-         Will be responsible for achieving sales targets and market expansion

-          Managing sales budgets.

-         Responsible for building and maintaining a very high level of relationship with the sales team and designers.

-         Technical interpretation of technical drawings & intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up and Photoshop.

-         Excellent Communication Skills for product presentation.

-         Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans to improve existing strategies and maximize profits.

-         Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies.

-         Assist sales team to secure new leads and convert these leads into sales.

-         Responsible of handling a team of Sales executives, Sales Managers, Area sales managers and Designers.

-          Approving and managing large clients.

-         Should also generate leads.

-         Go-getter with proven experience in result orientation / Problem solver.

-         Good at planning, organizing, structuring his work

Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant work experience.

General business skills Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment.

Have handled a team strength of 100+ people.

Salary Range - 17LPA - 19LPA
