Job Description
- Proven Business Development, Account Management and Vendor Management experience in the US staffing industry
- Develop new clients ( Direct / Tier 1 ) for IT staffing business in USA
- Ability to build business relationships - Have long term clients who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you
- Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
- Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.
- Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business
- Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
- Analyse requirements from clients and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations
- Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing Client Contracts as well as Sub Contracts adhering to Company Policies
- Experience handling projects and services contracts and SOWs is preferred
- Preferable experience in US Staffing, IT Sales, software sales, US Sales, B2B sales or Lead Generation etc
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / BBA /- Any Specialisation in Marketing / Others
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT US staffing business development
- Ability to search market and come up with new idea
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
