Job Description

·        Following & enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

·        Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

·        Before placing an order, carefully checks purchase orders for accuracy, completeness and clarity. must verify that product information, shipping information, cost and delivery dates are all correct before obtaining authorization to place an order.

·        Coordinate the entire purchase cycle from MDN to material delivery & receipt of challans from Project site to Office (Microsoft Teams).

·        Assist in other support functions to the office, as mentioned hereunder.


Prerequisites           : Good communication Skills, Expert with Excel

Industry                 : Preference to candidates from Interior Contracting or PMC background.
