10 - 15 years in refineries, petrochemical or other chemical plants in an Engineering/EPC company
) Strong knowledge of piping design, interpretation of P&ID and related industry standards 3-D modeling of Piping, Equipment and Structures using Smart Plant 3-D. 2) 3-D model check using Smart Plant Reviewer. 3) Design piping lines based on P&IDs, Equipment Plot Plan, Piping Line Lists, Piping Material Specifications, Equipment Drawings, Civil/Structural Drawings, Client requirements, General Specifications and other documents. 4) Develop Equipment Layout , piping studies and drawings using AutoCAD 5) Preparation of MTO 6) Input data to civil group, nozzle orientation, platform & piping cleat plan 7) Conversant with Piping Material Specification, Piping Engineering standard, Support standards 8) Define pipe rack, structures and platforms requirements according to unit and equipment requirements following project specifications 9) Coordination with other engineering discipline for resolving interface issues. 10) Extracting Checking and Issue of Isometric Drawings 11) Reviews and solves 3-D model clashes, comment and update in the 3-D model the vendor drawing information 12) Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision and work effectively as a team member on all assignments. 13) Manage a group of designers and be responsible of the development of a complete area/assignment.
