Desired candidate profile
- 2-3 years’ Experience in international BPO / Domestic BPO, specifically in a Voice, Backend and Email Handling process
- Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management
- Good communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
- Willing to work in 24/7 environment
- If the candidate is under graduate/ drop out with 1 year of voice process experience - then the profiles can be shared. The candidate should not be appearing for any exams up to next 6 months.
- This is a night shift profile. So, make sure the candidate is available for Night shift.
- The candidate should have voice process experience in international or domestic market
- This is a contractual role for 6 months. Based on the performance during this 3 – 6 months, the further role would be decided.
- Open to work on Indian Holidays and weekend shifts
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyse the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable (AR)
- Capable to capturing denials
- Appeal to insurances for pending claims
- End to End knowledge of RCM (revenue cycle management) process
