- Educating/Training Users for Placing, Scheduling conference.
- Vendor Management, Coordination.
- First Level of Troubleshooting of issues reported by User.
- Enabling users for Collab Services.
a) Jabber Installation, Configuration, managing and troubleshooting.
b) EM Installation, Configuration, managing and troubleshooting.
c) IP Phone Installation, Configuration, managing and troubleshooting.
d) Video Conferencing Installation, Configuration, managing and troubleshooting.
- Conducting Dry Run before actual event.
- Should be able to work in 24x7 Environment.
- Checking PRI status and VC Nodes Health Report.
- To update SNOW tickets/Incidents for tasks assigned.
- Updating BAU sheets daily with tasks.
- Raising RMA for faulty Cisco Devices.
- Update WebEx usage report on daily basis.
- WEEKLY TASKS:
- To check scheduled Backup on weekly basis.
- To take manual Backup of Applications.
- MONTHLY/QUATERLY TASKS:
- Preventive Maintenance, Health Check of VC Equipment
- Sanity test of VC Operations, Features
c) Audio-Video Exchange
- Asset Inventory and Validation
- Making SOPs.
- KT Sessions in Team.
- AV Soft conferencing.
- VCs installation (Cisco)
- BOM Verifications with help of Vendor.
