1.To check and action the Human Resources Department’s mail box and ensure that all documents/items collected are distributed

2.To ensure all daily filings are completed before the end of each day.

3.To ensure that all memorandums issued by the Human Resources Department are circulated and read by all Human Resources personnel.

4.To assist the Human Resource Officer in the preparation of all standard memorandums and letters.

5.To attend to team members’ needs in the areas of enquiry on team member related matters.

6.To ensure that all petty cash claims pertaining to transport, medical leave and other leave applications are updated and filed.

7.To ensure requisition of nametags .

8.To assist the Human Resources Officer to update all personal particulars.

9.To assist the Human Resources Officer to ensure that all confirmation appraisal forms for new hires and promotions are sent to the respective Department Heads prior to the confirmation date, and returned promptly so that letters of confirmation are issued to the team members concerned on time before the expiration of the probation date.

10.To assist the Unit in doing locker checks in the presence of a Security Department colleague and an union official.

12.To ensure that new hires are issued the team member handbook, locker keys, badges, identification cards/badges and uniforms.

13.To ensure proper documentation in the personnel files of all new hires, i.e. photographs, pre-employment medical report, family particulars, etc.

14.To assist the Human Resource Officer in preparing the necessary documents with regards to cessation of service, and ensure proper clearance is done.

15.To assist in the preparation of Payroll Change Advice form with regards to new hires, resignations, transfers and promotion.

16.To assist in programming of team members ID cards and encoding of faulty ID cards.

17.To assist GM with the day to day administration work.

18.To make the attendance for the staff and send it to Corporate HR office by 25th of every month.

19.To maintain files for Casual Leave , Paid Leave, Sick leave and comp offs for all the staff.

20.To make Industrial Trainees department allocation

21.To update trainees attendance and send attendance to corporate office for their stipend

22.To comply with Hotel and Departmental policies and procedures at all times.

23.To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel.

24.To ensure staff cafeteria are maintained all the times

25.Departmental training calendar coordination and monthly tracking sheet to be filled and coordinated
