Job Description :

  1. Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
  2. Updates job requirements when needed
  3. Contacts applicants’ references and performs background checks required by the company
  4. Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  5. Explains and provides information on employee benefits, programs, and education
  6. Advice on benefits needs or evaluate benefit contract bids
  7. Covers all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements
  8. Maintains employee records and paperwork
  9. Represents employer in the community and recruiting events
  10. Answers employee questions and addresses employee concerns with the company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  11. Sometimes manages committees on wellness, training, health, and safety, culture, and communications
  12. End to end Generalist HR Role like attendance Management, Employee Engagement, appraisal management and Payroll
