You will build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand's online presence, identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
· End to end responsibility of revenue, P&L & Cash flow.
· Driving new product launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business
· Working closely with the demand forecasting and sourcing team to generate demands and ensuring smooth supply by owning stock allocation with the internal stakeholders
· Building deeper engagement with the e-commerce platforms for business growth and achievement for planned volume and value growth whilst growing the market share/ share of voice for the brand across platforms.
· Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition Use web analytics and business intelligence tools and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.
· Discover and identify new channels as defined in the annual strategy, negotiate contracts, test and build new accounts as needed
· Oversee a team across paid media channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Direct Mail) ensuring new customer growth
· Define the Media Buying strategy across paid channels
· Manage media budgets, spend tracking and execution of authorized plans
· Building AOP/JBPs with marketplaces/platforms in line with brand annual top line & bottom-line plan and also ensuring that JBPs are on track.
· Responsible for both top line and bottom line for all the brands.
· Building processes required for the smooth and errorless operations
· Analyse competition trends and drive Category Leadership In all categories that brand operates in.
· Maintain Effective Planning and Reporting Decks for monthly, Quarterly and Yearly assessment
· Driving growth and transformation, building the business and reputation, and ensuring we have the talent and the teams to deliver on-the-ground
· Keeping a close on eye on payables/receivables including marketplaces business reconciliations.
· Managing brand hygiene on all the platforms by doing regular audits on content/listings posted on E-commerce platforms.
· Managing & building a strategy for consumer offers on all the platforms to match the business plans also keeping the bottomline in mind.
· Closely working with brand team to identify new launches and strategizing growth plan for new categories and new products.
