The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

Responsibilities

 Interact with clients on social media and professional networks e.g. LinkedIn)

 Find clients and foster long-term relationships.

 Understand client requirements

 Building business relationships with current and potential clients

 Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

 Experience with lead generation and prospect management

 Excellent analytical and time-management skills

 Craft and send recruiting emails

 Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
