Admin Executive (Female) - Jewellery Showroom - Chennai & T Nagar

 

5 to 7 yrs experience

Should be from jewelry background

Location: Chennai, T Nagar

Timing: 9.30 to 6.30

2nd Saturday and Sunday will be week off


Admin:


Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

 

Hiring, training, and evaluating employees HK staff and taking corrective action when necessary.

 

Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.

 

Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, other expenses.

 

Co-ordinate promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

 

Overlooking Travel arrangements and ensuring travel policy is followed

 

Maintaining all trackers like the Admin Master sheet, Admin weekly catchup records, Vendor Management, AMCs sheet, and AOR sheet

 

Maintain and procuring office Assets 

 

 

Implementing admin and facility management as per Compliances and regulations.


Understanding the cruciality of management and pushing the resources to get things done at the earliest within company boundaries.
