HR Generalist - Real Estate Company - Chennai (Thiruvanmiyur)

Experience : 3 to 6 yrs in HR

Qualification : Degree in HR,Business Administration or Any HR Field

Salary :25000 to 45000 Per Month

Gender : Male/Female

Location : Chennai

Essential requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Job Description:

  • Develop & Execute the Talent strategy across all aspects of hiring. Ensure hiring pipeline for critical & hot skills is developed & maintained basis business needs and / or past trends.
  • Engage with key business leaders & managers to build & promote a high performing work culture that is enabled by setting smart goals linked to be business strategy
  • Engage with business leaders & managers where employee engagement scores and / or attrition rates are critical / more than the market benchmark rate.
  • Create an environment of openness and accessibility that enables staff to approach theHRteam on grievances and handle them appropriately & effectively. Ensure a periodic review of the grievance heat map to ensure policy or practice or leadership issues are highlighted to the Management team.
  • Track high performing talent across the Organisation and engage with business leaders & Management to put in place development & career progression plans to ensure their engagement, development and retention.
  • Ensure all labor law related compliances as per the statutory laws currently in force.
  • Track people operating expenses against annual & monthly budgets.
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Manage a HR team of 3-4 members. Delegate work and provide them guidance on a day- to-day basis and ensure key outcomes are achieved as per agreed timelines. Invest in their grooming & development. Inspire and motivate them to deliver their best.
