Qualification – BE/Diploma in Civil/Interiors

Min Experience – 1 year

CTC – 3L to 4L

Preferable male candidates

Should have good knowledge in Advanced Excel

·        The candidate should have sufficient knowledge in interior fit out products

·        The candidate should be able to do the drawings in AutoCAD

·        Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers and contractors on Estimates

·        Estimation of quantities from drawing

·        Quantity takes off for materials from drawings and calculation of cost of the project

·        Read GFC drawings and technical documents in order to calculate quantities and work on cost

·        Maintain & monitor actual progress v/s planned progress

·        Checking and submitting RA/Final bills on follow up

·        Generate MIS report desired by Management

·        Should have knowledge in AutoCAD 2D

·        Should have knowledge in taking measurements and visiting sites for completion of work as per drawings
