Job Description :

We are looking for an HR who will be responsible for candidates placement, hiring employees, and screening resumes for UK-based companies.

What you will do

 Ability to understand client technical requirements in detail and develop appropriate sourcing and search criteria.

· Ability to source candidates in record time meeting /exceeding client deadlines

· Should be proficient in sourcing profiles on LinkedIn and Job portals.

· Excellent professional Etiquette on Phone, Email, and Social media

· Involved in full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation and closing.

· Good Communication

• Use web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with the candidature management.

• Coordinate with your Hiring Managers for different recruitment activities.

• Prepare reports for maintaining a database & arrange video interviews for candidates.

Skills Required:

• 1 – 3 years of work Experience/Internship knowledge in recruiting function whether in a corporate setting or an agency environment.

• Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory.

• Strong in understanding Technology, Negotiation, Interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• A track record in placement candidates globally would be preferable.

• Fun, cheerful, and extroverted personality.

• Should be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
