Job Description :
We are looking for an HR who will be responsible for candidates placement, hiring employees, and screening resumes.
What you will do
• Place students when there are job vacancies or openings.
• Use web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with the candidature management.
• Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring/placement process.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers for different recruitment activities.
• Conduct meetings with Hiring Managers for further process.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
• Arrange telephone or video interviews for candidates
• Conduct Aptitude tests, follow up and give analyses to management to shortlist the applicants.
Skills Required:
• 0 – 3 years of work Experience/Internship knowledge in recruiting function whether in a corporate setting or an agency environment.
• Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong in understanding Technology, Negotiation, Interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills
• A track record in placement candidates globally would be preferable.
• Fun, cheerful, and extroverted personality.
• Should be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
