Mandatory: Graduate from any stream.
Min. 5 year of MIS reporting preferably in BPO industry
Proven track record of excel automation using Advanced excel, Visual basic, MS access
Creation Adhoc/Daily/weekly/monthly reporting in excel.
Automation of reports/Excel Tasks using VBA.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Defining new data collection and analysis processes
Min 2 years of experience as reporting Analyst or similar role using Advanced Excel and SQL.
Excellent MS Excel skills required. Proficiency in data validation, logical & complex functions in MS Excel, ability to analysis Large data in Excel and should be in a position to design new reports in excel
Developing macros in VBA (Visual Basic Applications)
Creating dashboards, reports and charts using Advanced Excel.
Working Knowledge of SQL Database to retrieve the data and Automate the reports in Excel.
Understanding and analyzing new data for the purpose of identifying trends and providing insights
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Effective written and oral communication skills required.
