  • 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience in the Talent Acquisition role.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding the hiring needs of the organization and making sure that the quality standards are met.
  • Proven experience in creating a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Thorough understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
  • Good understanding of sourcing candidates with the latest skills.
  • Knowledge and usage of Applicant Tracking System.
  • Good knowledge and use of Social Media platforms, LinkedIn will be an advantage.
  • Good usage of technological tools and metrics for effective tracking of candidate process.
  • Proven experience with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work to a high standard with strong attention to detail and uncompromising ethical values.

  • The person should have a good grounding and hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and the ability to make meaningful contributions.
  • Ask insightful questions to the stakeholders and be able to make relevant executions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.


THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY (What you’ll be doing):


  • Support our Senior TA Partner, to manage a variety of vacancies across all Business Units (BUs) and functions at Travelopia.
  • Provide excellent support for the Senior TA Partner in all steps of the process including administrative activities such as scheduling interviews and updating trackers, through to candidate and hiring manager communication where required.
  • Support the sourcing of candidates using the sourcing methods agreed by the Senior TA Partner, including via vendors and direct sourcing.
  • Where required, conduct initial screening interviews with candidates and sell the Travelopia brand and the opportunity to them.
  • Build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to help the e2e recruitment process run smoothly and ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Where required by the Senior TA Partner, own the e2e recruitment process for certain roles.
