Roles and Responsibilities: Inbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Provide information about products and services and record details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 Yr in BPO is Must
Language required: English+ Hindi only
Salary range : 3 LPA- 3.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational shift
