About Expertia
Expertia AI is a deep tech startup in the HR tech space. We are developing the current state of the art systems to lead into the next decade of products in the HR-tech space. Expertia AI is incubated at and funded by Entrepreneur First Bangalore with Kanishk Shukla and Akshay Gugnani as its co-founders. Kanishk was earlier the co-founder of Koovs.com and Akshay has worked as an AI researcher at the Computer Science AI lab at MIT and IBM Research.
About the role
As a recruiter, you will directly be working with the founders to help build the team of developers and researchers. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic team members to join our journey as we scale Expertia AI globally. Being part of a fast-growing team of top-notch engineers and AI research scientists, you will experience all the excitement and dynamism of a startup.
Role Requirements:
- 3 + experience in technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for tech roles at a startups
- Understanding of technical skillsets to evaluate candidate skills and make hiring recommendations
- Ability to screen and assess tech resumes
