Job Brief 

We are looking for strong Architects to join our team. The successful applicants will be working directly with our USA Clients assisting them in drawing Architectural plans in the high-end residential home market. 

The Architectural Service Division provides Architectural services to our USA based clients. 

Shift Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM IST 

Location: Work from home/ WFH- (Permanently Remote) 

Note: This is a remote position, a strong internet connection is required (company subsidy available). 

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Taking a PDF Floor plan or Sketch Plan and converting it to basic construction set  
• Creating elevations details for plans 
• Modifying existing design sets to suit the new home. 
• Drafting a typical permit set of drawings with daily guidance and redlines 
• Understanding of floor plans, elevations and building sections 
• Work closely with USA based clients 

Desired Candidate Profile 

• B.Arch/ M.Arch Degree is required 
• Minimum 1 Years' experience with REVIT is must 
• Experience with AutoCAD 
• USA based work experience is an added advantage. 
• Previous BIM experience will be highly preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Excellent English Communication –Read, Write & Speak 
• Highly creative and organized.  
• Self-motivated
