Consists of two processes which are inbound voice process and Outbound Voice process.
This is the process when customers call the BPO to inquire about a product or service they need. When a customer calls the BPO, they are automatically transferred to an agent who will answer their questions or help them find the desired product or service.
In the outbound job process, an agent needs to make a call to the customers. An agent generally adopts this process to gain the attention of the customers to sell a product or service.
