CANDIDATE -

• Executes the designed frame work apart from set targets time to time, as and when required by Management.
• Calling and Interested Candidates Interview Scheduling.
• Scheduling & Co-ordinating Interested Candidates Interview.
• Scheduling & Co-ordinating Selected Candidates Joining.
• Cold calling of candidate through company database.
• Ensure to make targeted number of calls daily to prospective candidate.

CLIENT -

• Scheduling client appointment, office meeting and site visit and always be involve with client during office meeting and site visit.
• Ensure to meet the login target every month as per justification.
• Identifies prospects by reading telephone calls and other prepared listings.
• Ensure to make targeted number of calls daily to prospective customers.
• Ensure to meet given target for appointments daily or monthly.
• Maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
• Ensure weekly and monthly report as per company requirement.
• Ensure company to achieve budgetary target.
