Job Description:


  • We are looking for a professional Lead Business Development Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization's operations.
  • You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will assist various other executives and other direct reports.

Responsibilities :

  • Creating Strategy for Lead Generation and Conversions
  • Managing Sales Team Lead Targets and Conversions
  • Managing BD Team Sales Training
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Supporting all functions of the business to work together
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Identifying issues in process and Improving BD/Operations Process
  • Overseeing team performance, issues and motivation for Sales/Operations/Communication
  • Interaction with Partners and Business Stakeholders
  • Taking New Endeavours/Initiatives for business growth
  • Being highly active for solving any issue being faced by the team in companies communication channels
  • Build and scale the Sales Strategy and team 
  • Identify and acquire new business plus retain and grow the existing business
  • Define the key targets and analyze the daily/weekly/monthly performance
  • Continuous market research along with the focus on the overall competition
  • Suggest product ideas and enhancements through constant feedback

  •  Business Development & Sales Executive express their operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the company which they are working for reaches its target and operates effectively.
  • They might also be given the responsibility for the complete operations of a small business.
