Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Handling queries / grievances of students & parents
  2. Managing physical infrastructure facilities
  3. Facilities Management & Asset Management 
  4. Transport Management
  5. Managing Canteen Facilities
  6. Liaison with various Government / External Agencies, Organizations & Neighbouring Societies & day to day preparation of admin MIS.
  7. Administrative arrangements for various school / Institutional programmes Hospital postings & Field Visits
  8. Supervision of Housekeeping
  9. Supervision of Security
  10. Managing Essential services like water, electricity, etc.
  11. Work in Co-ordination with various external & internal departments.


Skill sets/Experience we require:


  • Candidate must an MBA (Full Time), from a premier School, having relevant prior experience of 10 years.
  • The candidate should have a background of having worked in Institutions / Large scale Industry
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of energy.
  • Good analytical and planning skills.
  • Should have good leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Should have good experience in Liasioning with Govt. Depts. like Police, Tahsildar, Electricity, Telephone etc. 
  • Must have good communication skills & working knowledge of MS. Office. 

Preference will be for Immediate joiners
