Managing overall Office & Day to Day administrative activities for the office.
Attends meetings as required; prepares and distributes related paperwork to all pertinent parties; maintains files of notes made during meetings attended.
Organize and coordinate office events including training, orientations, meetings, travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and prepare travel requests for training using the department budget guidelines.
Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analysing variances.
Taking care of Office maintenance, Transportation, House Keeping & Security Department & Event activities.
Meet staff requirements, needs and resolve their problems, support to HR Department.
Maintain and replenish inventory, check stock to determine inventory levels & anticipate needed supplies, verify receipt of supply, Co-ordinate with agencies, organizations and groups.
Asset Management cycle - Making assessment of asset requirement, gathering specs and configuration, procurement process, configuration, handover, maintenance, and disposal.
Ensuring all assets are tabulated tagged and assets are accounted for.
Compliances related to office administration, like drafting rental agreements, property tax, insurances (people and property) etc
Liaising with every Government Office like Pollution Dept., local Authorities, Police etc. for getting new licenses, renewals and so on.
Maintain overall status of all licenses with due dates in a chart for regular follow up on renewals in a proactive manner
Manage every aspect of newly upcoming projects and projects for expansion of existing operation.
Performs other duties as requested.
Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Excellent communication in Tamil, English & Hindi (oral and written) and attention to detail
At least Five (5) years' of experience in managerial role
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
