Job Description

• Providing technical support to clients by identifying and resolving hardware or software issues

• Monitoring network activity and identifying performance issues that may need to be addressed by IT support staff

• Coordinating and participating in team meetings to discuss new technology initiatives

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware components such as processors, memory, and hard drives

• Analyzing data from logs and other sources to identify and resolve problems with computer networks or applications

• Designing or updating computer networks or operating systems to improve performance or functionality

• Maintaining documentation of all actions taken during the troubleshooting process

• Determining the cause of problems and suggesting solutions for problems related to computer hardware or software

• Developing plans for disaster recovery in case of system failure or data corruption
