Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Manage a team of Area Sales Manager & execute the partner School growth acquisition strategy for the Company.
- Manage the entire preschool sales process.
- Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Existing Preschools to provide LMS and curriculum support.
- Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches. ∙ Be able to connect with preschool owners and influence them to pitch the proposition ∙
- To complete sales administration and compliance by:
- Managing and updating Lead Management System.
- Meeting daily market visit norms.
- Ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management
- Validating KYC of the prospective channel partner and subsequent submission to HO to ensure sign off of MOU and Agreement.
- Set quarterly/monthly targets for the sales team
- Have meetings with customers to understand their future plan, pain-points and to resolve issues
