The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Construction Sales Experience
• Team Handling and do sales Closures
• Revenue generation
• Market research and analyze
• Keeping aesthetics of all sites with discipline
• Target achievement
• Developing of new idea to generate business
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Should have Minimum 5+ Years of experience in sales and marketing
• Languages: Kannada and English (Mandatory)
• Preferred: Real estate and interior company experienced candidates
