REQUIREMENTS:

·    In-depth knowledge of important tourist attractions/products

·    Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing)

·    Knowledge of ticketing/visas

·    Should be able to respond to any travel queries

·    Ability to work individually and as a team

·    Two or more years of experience in the Holiday department

·    Able to discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options; plan, prepare and cost itineraries (travel plans) for clients

·    Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented in order to compile information from various sources and to plan and organize their clients’ travel itineraries.
