Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team at our Bangalore Urban location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented IT professionals for our clients in the US, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record as a US IT Recruiter with experience in the entire recruitment lifecycle. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and organize candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates in the US IT domain.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities to effectively identify and attract top IT talent.
- Experience in managing talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet recruitment needs.
- Skilled in using interview scheduling tools to coordinate and streamline the interview process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in offer negotiation to ensure mutually beneficial employment terms for candidates and clients.
- Understanding of onboarding processes to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires into their roles.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and proactive recruitment efforts to source top IT talent for various US-based client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment laws and practices, maintaining transparency and fairness in all recruitment processes.
- Regularly update and maintain the candidate database using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and key metrics.
