Job Overview
Job Hub HR is seeking a Travel Consultant for its Inbond team to be based in Bangalore, Bangalore Urban. This full-time, junior-level position requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. Ideal candidates will possess skills in inbond CRM (mandatory), along with other travel booking and CRM specific software expertise, to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient travel solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in inbond CRM systems, a mandatory requirement for this position, ensuring seamless travel consultation services.
- Experience with the Global Distribution System (GDS) to handle travel reservations and bookings with precision.
- Competence in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain and enhance customer interactions.
- Skilled in various Travel Booking Software to efficiently manage and schedule travel itineraries for clients.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, a comprehensive travel management system, is highly desired for effective service delivery.
- Understanding of Sabre travel solutions to enhance the booking process and provide optimal travel recommendations.
- Familiarity with Galileo booking software to support and streamline reservation processes for customers.
- Ability to leverage Salesforce for efficient customer relationship management and improved client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive travel solutions to clients by leveraging inbond CRM and other travel technology systems.
- Assist clients in making informed travel decisions by providing necessary information and consulting services.
- Handle reservations and bookings through GDS and other travel booking platforms to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage and process travel queries and complaints using CRM tools to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to offer competitive travel packages to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest travel trends and optimally address client needs.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures while advising clients on relevant travel regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation to facilitate efficient service delivery.
