• Qualifications and SkillsProficient in construction material storekeeping; adept at managing and organizing materials within a busy construction environment (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with advanced inventory management systems to track, audit, and record the movement of goods effectively and reduce discrepancies.
• Skilled in handling various material handling equipment safely to ensure the smooth and secure movement of inventory.
• Ability to coordinate supply chain activities, ensure timely procurement, and manage vendor relationships for seamless operations.
• Thorough knowledge of construction materials, including types, uses, and maintenance requirements, to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Understanding of safety compliance and regulations to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment in line with industry standards.
• Proven vendor management skills, including negotiation, to build and maintain beneficial relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Strong ability in warehouse management, ensuring that all materials are stored in a logical and efficient manner, optimizing space and accessibility.
