Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Sr Architect for Workspace Interior to join our team full-time in Bangalore Urban. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in the architecture and interior design domain. This role requires expertise in space planning and interior detailing, which are critical skills for the position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in concept design, with the ability to blend aesthetics with functionality effectively in workspace interiors.
• Expert knowledge in design development to ensure projects meet both functional and aesthetic needs in a timely manner.
• Space planning (Mandatory skill) expertise to utilize available space efficiently while enhancing the usability and environmental quality of the workspace.
• Interior detailing (Mandatory skill) to deliver precise, innovative, and high-quality detailing that complements overall designs.
• Strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Exceptional client presentation abilities to communicate design ideas clearly and persuasively in a variety of formats.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to identify design issues and develop practical solutions that satisfy client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative workspace interior projects that reflect the client’s brand identity and functional needs.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and translate those into feasible space planning concepts.
• Provide detailed interior designs and oversee their implementation to maintain design integrity and quality.
