Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at our Bangalore Urban location. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong site supervision skills and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with site supervision and a solid understanding of construction processes. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in using Construction Management Software to enhance site productivity and streamline operations.
• Expertise in Blueprint Reading for accurate project execution and adherence to design specifications.
• Strong Project Scheduling skills to effectively plan timelines and allocate resources efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of Safety Compliance Regulations to ensure a secure and legally compliant work environment.
• Demonstrated ability in Budget Management to maintain financial constraints without compromising on quality.
• Familiarity with Quality Control Methods for achieving high standards in construction deliverables.
• Excellent Leadership and Team Management abilities to mentor and guide team members towards project goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the site, ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
