Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in real estate telesales environments with the ability to close deals effectively, especially through telephonic communication (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in CRM software to efficiently manage customer relationships, track sales processes, and improve sales strategies.
- Experience in lead qualification to identify potential clients and assess their suitability for property offerings.
- Competence in cold calling techniques to establish contact with potential leads and expand sales opportunities.
- Strong objection handling skills to address client concerns and effectively negotiate towards positive outcomes.
- Ability to manage property databases ensuring accuracy and accessibility of property listings for potential clients.
- Familiarity with virtual tour platforms to provide clients with engaging and comprehensive property presentations.
- Experience with Salesforce to streamline sales processes and facilitate efficient data management and client interaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients with the aim of identifying sales opportunities and expanding client base.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update client information, and maintain organized records.
- Execute lead qualification processes to evaluate potential clients and align them with appropriate property offerings.
- Engage in objection handling during sales conversations, aiming to resolve client concerns and facilitate successful sales negotiations.

- Conduct virtual property tours using relevant platforms to effectively showcase property features and benefits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and closure of sales deals.
