  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our real estate services and establishing rapport.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their needs and matching them with our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed descriptions and insights about properties, addressing client queries professionally.
  • Effectively manage and overcome sales objections, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales, meeting or exceeding set sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
