Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA QC Engineer specializing in construction or real estate to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The role is focused on ensuring quality assurance and quality control within construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in QA/QC engineering within a construction company (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed 2D and 3D designs of construction projects.
• Familiarity with Revit software for engaging in building information modeling (BIM).
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance the efficiency and quality of project execution.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for effective project scheduling and management.
• Knowledge of LEED Certification for contributing to sustainable and environmentally friendly construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project quality assurance to ensure standards and specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in construction documentation to maintain accurate records and enable effective project tracking and management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control processes on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and address potential quality issues.
• Develop and review project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of project plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate and report on construction progress and quality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams to optimize project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, progress, and project alignment with regulatory requirements.
