Job Overview

Job Hub Hr is seeking a skilled PLC Programmer for a full-time position located in Pune Division. This mid-level role demands 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PLC programming and responsible for developing and maintaining control systems in diverse industrial environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in PLC Programming (Mandatory skill) with proven expertise in diverse industrial applications.
• Experience with Siemens TIA Portal for designing and configuring effective automation systems.
• Strong understanding of ladder logic for developing control strategies and system workflows.
• Hands-on experience in HMI Development for designing user-friendly machine interfaces.
• Knowledge of Rockwell Automation technologies and their application in industrial environments.
• Experience with SCADA Systems for data collection and control of dispersed processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC systems to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and modify existing PLC programs to accommodate industrial equipment upgrades and process changes.
• Create detailed HMI interfaces that facilitate intuitive user interaction with machinery and systems.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of new PLC programs to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to determine system requirements and functionality.
• Maintain and update documentation, including wiring diagrams, program descriptions, and operation manuals.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of control systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC technologies and implement innovative solutions where applicable.
