Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Planning Engineer - Civil for a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The selected candidate will play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of civil engineering projects, contributing to our esteemed client partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in planning and executing engineering project tasks with great attention to detail. Planning Engineer (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Microsoft Project for efficient project management and scheduling.
• Skilled in AutoCAD for developing detailed construction drawings and designs.
• Solid understanding of Earned Value Management to assess project performance and progress.
• Knowledge of the Critical Path Method for determining the most efficient project timelines.
• Expertise in risk assessment to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ability to create comprehensive project schedules ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Capable of conducting construction estimating to calculate project costs and resource requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring thorough alignment with project goals.
