Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Operations Manager to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. This role is integral to ensuring efficient operational management within our organization. - Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to integrate various business processes and enhance operational coordination.
- Experience in inventory management to ensure that stock levels are maintained efficiently, minimizing surplus or shortage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage teams and projects smoothly, ensuring all tasks are completed as required.

- Ensure effective inventory management by tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, and managing replenishment activities.
