Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level MEP STP Design Sales Manager for a full-time position located in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience and will oversee managing client relationships and contract negotiations, focusing on driving sales and enhancing service delivery. They will be working in a dynamic environment that blends technical design skills with sales expertise.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong background in MEP Design with proven track record (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent Client Relationship Management capabilities with a focus on client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in Contract Negotiation to secure business deals effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in Project Management to lead design projects and ensure punctual delivery.
• Experience in Proposal Development to create compelling offers for potential clients.
• Competency in Technical Sales to communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also performing independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and improve operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong client base by leveraging existing relationships and building new ones.
• Lead MEP design projects from conception to completion, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements with clients to meet company targets.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure technical specifications meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to showcase project viability.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery while adhering to quality standards.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
