Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated mid-level MEP Engineer for a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban. The role demands expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems with a focus on designing, planning, and coordinating these core building functions. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an MEP Engineer driving projects to successful completion with a focus on efficiency and quality. (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD for creating technical drawings essential for MEP projects.
• Proficient in Revit MEP to efficiently handle design and modeling tasks for MEP systems.
• Skilled in HVAC system design, ensuring optimal heating, ventilation, and air conditioning performance.
• Familiarity with plumbing system design, ensuring sanitary and environmentally compliant solutions.
• Ability to develop comprehensive electrical layout designs for building and construction projects.
• Experienced with Navisworks for project review, construction simulation, and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the lifecycle management of physical assets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the development of MEP systems for new building projects ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with architects and construction teams to integrate MEP designs seamlessly into building plans.
• Conduct thorough site supervision and quality checks to uphold design integrity and safety standards.
• Contribute to project planning sessions offering expertise on equipment selection and layout decisions.
• Utilize advanced software tools to create and amend detailed design documents and layouts.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project specifications and objectives are aligned.
• Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of existing MEP installations and propose enhancements where necessary.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation that support project analysis and future standards mapping.
